This company has the best customer service! The item I purchased did not arrive in time for Christmas (turns out that it was actually lost in transit). When I reached out regarding this issue they immediately refunded my shipping costs and looked in to why I never recieved it. Not only that, they sent a special voice message for my nephew (which is who the gift was for) in the voice of Nestor! My nephew loved it!! That will be something he remembers more than the plushies. I had never heard of Rabbert and Nestor before this. Now my daughter and I have been watching their videos and I plan to support this company in tue future. God bless you.
